Life Spirits Resonate
Rising through ashes
Tears as petulant
As the clamor of the highest sound
Understanding vanishing in & out
Of a lust for healthier wisdom
In as much as was learned
Trite, to the magnitude
Of my ignorance
A Sob, a grasp
Unobtainable desire
Driven to the point of arrogance
When all that we yearn
Is the quiet beauty
Of the touch of ones hand.
